Return Policy
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your item within 21 days after your order date. When returning for a refund, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label via email. Once your return is recieved and inspected we will refund the purchase price of the item within 5-10 days. Any shipping fees paid on the original purchase are non-refundable. Returns made after the 21 day period will not be accpeted.If returning a merch item (t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, mugs, and tote bags), please contact us through our contact page first to evaluate your return. These items are produced and fullfilled by a separate facility and your return could be handled in a few different ways depending on the circumstances of your return. The 21 day time period stated above applies to these items as well.
What is the shipping timeframe?
We are a small business and an operating farm, but we try to ship everything out as soon as we can. One to three days is a typical timeframe depending on when the order was placed (if there was a weekend or a holiday within that timeframe).
Why can't I choose express shipping for Merch products?
Merch items (t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, mugs, and tote bags) are fullfilled through a separate company and will ship separately from other items in your order. The company does not offer any kind of expedited shipping and shipping times may vary depending on production times, and end shipping location.
Can you hug an alpaca?
Well, you can try, but they are pretty fast and really don't like human contact. Most of the time 150 pounds of fast moving alpaca can be a lot more than you bargained for. Just think of them as very large cats. If they want attention they will come to you, but it always has to be their idea.
Does alpaca compost tea make your house smell?
Suprisingly, it has very little odor. If it has any odor at all, it's an earthy smell and once watered on your houseplants it doesn't linger. The exception to this is if you don't follow the directions and let the tea steep for over 12 hours. Well, that's when things can get a little smelly. Again, it's not horrendous, but we recommend an overnight steep at the most. Plus, you'll get more uses out of your bag that way too.
