Each insole comes ready to trim to custom fit your shoe. They are 1/4" thick and comes in two sizes for less waste when trimming. We're out of stock in medium? Just get a large! They're exactly the same. You'll just trim a little more off.
Sizing:
Medium - Women up to size 9 / Men up to size 8
Large - Women sizes 9-12 / Men sizes 8-12 (also work as a medium. Just trim to fit)
